How do I contact Customer Support if I have any question or problem?

If you don’t have a trial or live website yet, you can contact our Customer Success Managers through our website. As soon as your query is processed, you will receive an email notification. Subscribers and customers can easily send us a support ticket through their personal dashboard after logging into their website’s CMS.

How soon will you reply?

Usually we get back to customers on the same business day. VEVS Customer Support Team is online every weekday from 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM (GMT).

Are your customer support services free of charge?

We provide life-long website technical maintenance. VEVS 'how-to' customer support is free of charge via our support ticket system. We would love to respond to your questions and advice in using our product.

We also provide a range of extra services to help setting up, managing and growing your website - Customizations, Website setup services, Live Traning, Digital marketing & SEO services, Third-party integrations, additional hosting services.

All extra services are subject to additional charges. Where a fixed price is not applicable, we will provide you with an unbinding quote after a discussion of your requirements.

How many times per month can I contact your Customer Support?

As many times as you need.

Will I be able to make some tweaks to my business website?

Unlike other typical drag-and-drop website platforms, VEVS Website Builder is more focused on the business functionalities rather than the self-serviced design and page layout changes. Still, VEVS CMS allows you to easily edit your website content and adjust your website appearance.

Contact our Customer Support Team if you need changes like - font, style, page layouts, removing page elements or adding pages. More complex custom modifications, however, could be charged additionally.

I already use the services of another webmaster. Can he update my VEVS website?

Yes, of course. You can grant him access to your website’s administration page so he can make the necessary changes.

I need extra functionalities on my site. What are my options?

VEVS offers a wide range of web apps. If you need something different, we also provide custom modifications and development. Just contact us!

Your product does not fit my needs. Do you provide custom modifications?
