How can I start using VEVS?

Just go to our website catalogue, pick the website design that you like most and create your free one-week trial to explore all features. Then you can request an upgrade straight from your website admin panel. To learn how to manage your VEVS website, visit our Knowledge base.

What if I don't like the standard designs?

Don’t worry! We are prepared for such cases. You can either choose from our custom website designs or request a tailor-made web design.

What are the costs for using a VEVS website?

We offer very flexible pricing conditions. Just go to our Pricing page and select the website you are interested in to see all details.

What's included in your setup service?

The technical setup includes following actions - transferring your trial website to a dedicated hosting account, pointing your domain name to your new e-commerce site, and configuring your mailboxes.

Our friendly Customer Success Managers will answer all your questions and guide you in the process of setting up your business website until it is ready to welcome your visitors. An easy to follow Knowledge base will be always at your fingertips.

For those who lack time, we can also offer our help uploading your website content or migrate it from your old website against a reasonable extra fee. We will format your texts and beautify your images in order to make your website as attractive as possible. We can also provide professional content writing and translation services.

How long does it take to get my new website up and running?

Creating your website takes a minute. You can add your company details, configure the general settings, and start editing the website content right after.

Getting your business website live on your domain name usually takes up to 24 hours during business days.

Will I be bound to any contract?

No. VEVS has an open month-to-month policy.

How do I stop using your services?

You just need to cancel your subscription by sending us a one-month advance notice.

Do you offer a refund?

We do not provide refund for the monthly subscription payments. If you wish to cancel your yearly subscription and get your money back, we will charge you for every commenced month at its regular subscription fee. For more information, please check our Terms of Service.
