News Scroller™ is the easiest way to create dynamic

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This is a legal Agreement between Vevs.com (know as
SERVICE PROVIDER) and the customer ("You").
Vevs.com provides its Flash Scroller Service to You,
subject to the Terms of Use outlined below. By registering
with Vevs Flash Scroller and using the Services You
agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Vevs.com currently provides its users with an interactive
Flash Scroller Service.
3. MODIFICATION TO SERVICES
Vevs.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue
the Service at any time with or without prior notice.
You agree that Vevs.com shall not be liable to You or
to any third party for any modification or discontinuance
of the Service.
4. REGISTRATION, PASSWORD, ACCOUNT USE
You agree that the information that You provide during
the registration will be true, current and accurate
5. PAYMENT
You acknowledge that Vevs.com sells its Flash Scroller
Service via 2checkout.com and PayPal. Vevs.com shall
not be obliged to provide Flash Scroller Service to
You unless it has received payment for the applicable
fee. You agree to pay all applicable one-time fees for
the selected Flash Scroller Service Plan.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
Both sides may terminate Your account and this Agreement
at any time by email notice to the other party. You
agree that Vevs.com may terminate Your account and this
Agreement if it believes that You have breached any
provision of these Terms of Use, or for any other reason,
with or without prior notice to You. Vevs.com may modify
or discontinue its Flash Scroller Service, with or without
prior notice to You, and will not be liable to You or
any third party as a result of such modification or
discontinuation.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You agree that Your use of the website and the Flash
Scroller Service is at Your own risk. Vevs.com makes
no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted,
error free, reliable or will fulfil your needs or meet
your requirements. Vevs.com makes no warranties that
the results derived from use of Flash Scroller Service
it provides will be accurate or useful.
8. As Vevs.com provides a full working demo of its Flash Scroller Service together with an email contact address no refunds will be issued.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
If for any reason a Court of competent jurisdiction
finds any provision of these Terms of Use to be unenforceable
or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in
full force and effect. The headings contained in these
Terms of Use are for convenience only and shall not
constitute a part hereof. |
